Returns & Exchanges


  • I want you to love your Lulu Bug Jewelry, so if there are any problems, I accept returns and exchanges. 
  • I try to photograph and describe my pieces as accurately as possible, but colors vary depending on the device you are using and screen settings. 
  • It can be difficult to judge the true size of something even with the dimensions given. If you have questions about size, please let me know. You may also check a ruler to confirm size. However, if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return for a refund or exchange.


    1. Orders may be canceled if they have not been shipped and are not custom work.
    2. For returns or exchanges please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
    3. Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.
    4. Custom or personalized orders can not be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective. 
    5. Shipping fees are not refundable and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
    6. Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition. I will issue the refund to the original credit card used for payment as soon the return is received.
