Returns & Exchanges
GENERAL POLICIES:
- I want you to love your Lulu Bug Jewelry, so if there are any problems, I accept returns and exchanges.
- I try to photograph and describe my pieces as accurately as possible, but colors vary depending on the device you are using and screen settings.
- It can be difficult to judge the true size of something even with the dimensions given. If you have questions about size, please let me know. You may also check a ruler to confirm size. However, if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return for a refund or exchange.
RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS:
- Orders may be canceled if they have not been shipped and are not custom work.
- For returns or exchanges please contact me within 3 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.
- Custom or personalized orders can not be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Shipping fees are not refundable and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Jewelry must be unworn and in its original condition. I will issue the refund to the original credit card used for payment as soon the return is received.
