• I sculpted this little anatomical heart pendant by hand and then had it cast in .925 sterling silver. 
• It measures about approximately 5/8" or 16mm, so it is small!
• The necklace arrives in a gift box made from recycled materials and tied with a raffia ribbon, ready for giving.
