Very tiny anatomical heart earrings to go with my very tiny anatomical heart necklace. 
I sculpted the tiny hearts and had them cast in .925 sterling silver. They measure approximately 5/8" tall (16mm) and have a satin finish. They come on handmade sterling silver ear wires, and the overall length is 1 1/4" (32 mm).

They comes in a recycled gift box tied with a raffia ribbon, ready for gift giving.
